so its been quite sometime sense i have "blogged" so i decided to entertain my sister and write something!! so...basketball starts up in about exactly 14 days..so two weeks!! i cannot wait to play varsity basketball for my dear ol hawks!! school is fabulous and i am doing quite well!! i have decided to go to college at snow and i just need to register!
jen i simply can not wait for little bouch to come!! it will be perfect timing...last quarter../done with basketball i can miss school pretty much whenever to spend time with the two of you guys!! let you take a nap...ha ha...okay i wont miss school...ha ha but no biggie right!!
reading your "i am so lucky" blog made me want to cry...i want you to know that i look up to you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much and i strive to live good so i can have a good and healthy life just like you!! you are an amazing example and i love our friendship your are hip hop and happening!! its weird to think that 3 more quarters and i am done with high school and going onto college...if i am anything like you i could be getting married in less than 3 years!! creepy (speaking of marriage my coach just got engaged TODAY) ha ha so strange but when i do get married i want to have a nice relationship just like you and joe! you two are great anyways...lets hang out soon...and i love you so much!! wow...this is long..kinda...bye

physical therapy

so i went to physical therapy for my dear lower back pain that has been very annoying...and it turns out that its not my muscles..even tho they are not helping...the lowest of my vertebrates is hitting my pelvic bone thingy...ya not good...and when i excercise (mainly sprinting, lunges, jumping) and sit down it makes it hit it so thats why its been hurting...

the trainer showed me some things i can work on and now i am going to physical therapy twice a week o fun!!! i hate pain...

SCHOOL PICTURES AND BACK ISSUES!!

so i got my senior year pictures today..and come to my surprise i am actually liking them. my head is not tilt in a funny way my lips are not doing anything funky and i dont look chunky (i just rhymed) well...i wanted to post these just for you(jen)...

i look good right...kinda big smile ...and my nose does not take up the whole picture...my smile does!...thanks alot and you can hang it up in your classroom if you want to..ha ha...

so i went to the doc today for my lower back pain and i now have to go to physical therapy...super fun...i hate back pain and sitting through 7 hours of school is very hard..i move to find a comfy spot every minute..i am bringing a pillow tomorrow..super fun!

conditioning!!

so let me tell the truth...i am out of shape..so on wednesday my lovely coach and trainer started kicking our basketball team into shape...A days are designed for after school weight lifting...kevin (trainer) made us do easy but intense stuff which made me super tired...knowing i was going to be sore the next day i cringe knowing that B days are here for RUNNING, AGILITY and SPEED! so i get to my 8th period class not looking forward to the mile and the sprints that were about to happen...it was h e double hockey sticks...so many people were going to throw up and a few were blacking out...so my sore legs and being out of shape did not help the situation...and the crowd of boys watching us..ugh! well i can barely walk now and every part of me hurts when i move...its going to become funner just as soon as i get into shape again...so pray for me...that i dont die ha ha and i dont want to know how i am going to feel tomorrow when i wake up..cause i am thinking it will be hurting ha ha!!

july 24th...and spencers crazy friends!

so i was enjoying my time at my sisters on the 24th and my brother calls me and tells me that they are going to have a firework show at my house...i thought about it and i wanted to go watch fireworks and chill with my dear friend marci..
so i left my sisters house and went home...when i arrived they already finished letting off fire works..i was quite upset that i came home for NOTHING..but then marci, ang, tawna, and my mom told me all about the stupidest girls that were there...
i guess this one was spred eagle out in the middle of the street lighting fireworks between her legs and when cars would come to pass us..she wouldnt move..PSYCO! then she lighted a roman candle and pointed it towards the allen crew..another stupid move..
so they all left and we were there making fun of them and such and we all decided to go in the house...me and marci went out to my car to get some stuff...and in the lawn there laid the girls skateboard that she had...she left it...we didnt really like the girl so we hid the skateboard in the bushes..and ran away laughing...i just want everyone to know that the skateboard is still hiding in the bushes!!! HA HA take that...annoying girl..

24th of July

so i went downtown on the 23rd to sleepover for the days of 47 parade!! i went down with my dear friend Lauren Ballard and her dear family...it was great...about 40 ft away from us was this old apartment building that smelt like weed...a guy got arrested across the street from us and then a while down the street there was a gang fight at about 4 oclock in the morning..
the best part was the sleepover..the parade was alright and fun but the night beat it all...i loved every second of it
to keep us entertained we played mad gab, apples to apples, and this other game that i cant remember the name of it!
i had a time of my life..a very fun experience!!
