so i went to physical therapy for my dear lower back pain that has been very annoying...and it turns out that its not my muscles..even tho they are not helping...the lowest of my vertebrates is hitting my pelvic bone thingy...ya not good...and when i excercise (mainly sprinting, lunges, jumping) and sit down it makes it hit it so thats why its been hurting...
the trainer showed me some things i can work on and now i am going to physical therapy twice a week o fun!!! i hate pain...
