conditioning!!

so let me tell the truth...i am out of shape..so on wednesday my lovely coach and trainer started kicking our basketball team into shape...A days are designed for after school weight lifting...kevin (trainer) made us do easy but intense stuff which made me super tired...knowing i was going to be sore the next day i cringe knowing that B days are here for RUNNING, AGILITY and SPEED! so i get to my 8th period class not looking forward to the mile and the sprints that were about to happen...it was h e double hockey sticks...so many people were going to throw up and a few were blacking out...so my sore legs and being out of shape did not help the situation...and the crowd of boys watching us..ugh! well i can barely walk now and every part of me hurts when i move...its going to become funner just as soon as i get into shape again...so pray for me...that i dont die ha ha and i dont want to know how i am going to feel tomorrow when i wake up..cause i am thinking it will be hurting ha ha!!
