Wedding Day

Can you believe it? Can I believe it?

  TREVOR AND I ARE MARRIED!!!

So let me tell you in a nut shell how perfect the experience was.

The night before my Mother in Law, Joelyn, threw a fun, relaxed, wedding dinner. We had 95 of our closest families and friends sitting and laughing in her backyard. We had Costa Vida, and it was so good. I loved that we were able to laugh together, and be loud. I had a blast, and I am pretty sure that everyone else did too.

Later that night, Trevor and I ran around getting things packed for the honeymoon, and then we went to our parents house to sleep for the last time!!

I woke up on May 3, 2012 at 6:00 am. My wonderful (new) cousin came over around 8 to do my hair and make up!! My mom and I left for the Mount Timpanogos temple at 9:30, and met Trevor and his dad. We went and did our paperwork. I changed into my temple clothes, and met up with Trevor to sit and wait in the Celestial Room. It was really nice to sit there, and just enjoy the quiet. 

 The cute temple worker came in to take us to the sealing. It was overwhelming walking in and seeing everyone that we loved most. I cried looking at my sister who was also crying. The sealer said everything perfectly. He gave some great advice, and I was tearful the whole time. Trevor and I took turns squeezing each others hands, and smiling. The spirit you feel inside the temple is unreal. I loved being able to feel my mom in the room with me. I sat there and knew this is where I needed to be, and where we were suppose to be married. When it came time to say, Yes. I couldn't help but smile and cry. I was lucky enough to find Trevor , and very blessed to be able to be sealed to him for eternity. 

After the ceremony, I went to go and change into my wedding dress. It was fun walking out, and seeing Trevor's mouth drop. I felt beautiful and he was very handsome in his tux!! I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. We went outside of the temple, and took pictures with family. We were laughing, and smiling the whole time. 

Trevor and I had a few hours to burn so we went an d ate at Chili's. We were starving, and stuffed ourselves. We decided to go and drop our bags off at the Grand America where we were staying that night. We were exhausted so we just layed on the bed and watched ESPN. (yes ESPN, we didn't participate in any new things we were allowed to do :))

We headed to our reception, and I realized I never got a garter. So we made a little detour and went to blue boutique. We got one, and were on our way once again. When we got to the reception and that is pretty much all I remember. We took some family pictures, and we got in our line. It was none stop for the full two hours. I met a lot of really awesome people, and it was great seeing people I hadn't seen in a long time. After two hours we cut the cake, threw the bouquet, and tossed the garter. 

Before we left we had to knock down walls that Braxton built around our car. Our car was trashed, and it was awesome. Well done to the crew who accomplished this. It was great. I just can't wait till the next wedding to see what they come up with!! 

The day was perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything else!! There were some bumps along the way, but it ended up just perfect. I am in love with the man I married, and am so happy I have him. Married life is great!! We are laughing every minute of it. I am Stephanie Wells. I am Stephanie Wells. I am Stephanie Wells. I have to keep saying that until I get the hang of it!!
